bad luck

so i decided to try wearing lens & ordered one of the blogshop insta .  endup super piss off  .  Firstly , i waited for so long , then i asked the owner if she had mail out my items . the owner said due to some problem so delayed , only can mail on 25 dec when i asked her is during nov 19 . So i said okay . when its 25 dec , i asked her again . & guess what ? she asked me to mail her as she didnt use the number for blogshop already . so i mail her , she said she kena scam by the supplier & all those shit . then nvm , worst thing is my money cannot be refund back . i saw the reviews on insta was pretty good before consider ordering it but the outcome is unexpected . my money just fly away like that . super piss off .
